Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully; they apply to and govern your registration and participation in the conference. By completing and submitting your registration for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Fee
Fees for participation in the Event may change from time to time at our sole discretion. All fees paid by credit card are due at the time of registration. All fees paid by cheque or bank transfer are due seven days after registration. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your access to the Event if payment is not received in full within this timeframe.
Refund or transfer of registration
You may transfer or cancel your registration by sending an email to [email protected] clearly stating the Event, the number of participants and the names of the participants for whom you wish to cancel.
Exception: If a ticket holder is unable to attend the conference due to federal or international travel restrictions imposed after the date of ticket purchase, they will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given for any price adjustments to previously purchased tickets (e.g., if a participant requests a discount after purchase).
A completed registration is valid only for the named participant unless officially transferred to another person. You can transfer your attendance to another employee.
Cancellation or modification of the event
Due to the logistics of scheduling multiple speakers for an event, it may sometimes be necessary to adjust the schedule and content of the event. We reserve the right to change the content, schedule or other details of the Event at our sole discretion.
Ownership and restrictions on use.
Nothing herein shall be construed as transferring to you or any third party any right, title or interest in or to any content, presentation, documentation or other related materials provided in connection with the Event, including, but not limited to, any live broadcast, video or digital recording or photographs thereof (the “Content”). All right, title and interest in and to the Content is owned by us or licensed to us or included in the Event with the consent of the owner.
You must not allow any person who has not registered for the Event and paid the applicable fees to access the Event or any Content. You may not provide, share, modify, alter, add to or delete, illegally create derivative works from, republish, distribute, distribute, reproduce, transmit or otherwise exploit the Content except for your own purposes that are consistent with the purpose of the Event. Such prohibited acts include, but are not limited to, sharing the Content on any website, intranet or other public database. Individual recording or photography of the Event is prohibited.
No representations or warranties
Much of the Content provided in connection with the Event has been created by speakers engaged by us to participate in the Event. We take due care to ensure that speakers engaged to participate in the Event are knowledgeable in their field. However, we cannot thoroughly review and evaluate the Content provided by such speakers for the Event. Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, condition, suitability, merchantability or performance of any Content. We will not have any liability to you for your use of the Content.
Acceptable Use
By visiting the Event, you agree to comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws at all times. You may unknowingly:
Copy or distribute digital content of the Event that is available exclusively to paying attendees,
violate the proprietary, publicity, privacy or other rights of any party,
Transmit or knowingly receive any inappropriate material, including but not limited to obscene or pornographic material, violent material, discriminatory material or other material reasonably considered inappropriate under the circumstances,
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Event or any systems used to support the Event,
Disrupt the Event or any systems used to support the Event,
Collect information of others without his or her consent, or
Allow unauthorized users to access the Event.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Event if you violate any part of this section.
